Our 2018 W-2 forms are being processed by our payroll provider starting January 22nd, 2019 and will arrive on or before the IRS deadline of January 31st, 2019. They will be mailed to the address we have on file to all employees who worked or received PTO payments in 2018.

Currently working “active” employees will be able to access their W-2’s online in their Payroll Portal. If you do not have an account, please contact us by email. If you have an account but forgot your username or password, please visit our Payroll Support page to quickly resolve this issue.

Former employee W-2’s will be mailed but will not have access to the Payroll Portal. Former employees may submit a W-2 Request Form on our DocuSign system. Online W-2 Requests for PDF copies may take 2-3 business days (requires identity verification). Mailed copies may take up to 7-10 business days.

If you have not received your W-2 by Jan. 31st, 2019

If you have not received your W-2 by Jan. 31st, it is possible we do not have your current address on file. If we do not have your current address on file by January 21st, the postal service should return your W-2 to us within 7-10 business days and we will hold the returned mail until we hear from you. You may also complete a W-2 Request Form on our DocuSign system to request a PDF copy, paper copy or both. Online W-2 Requests for PDF copies may take 2-3 business days (requires identity verification). Mailed copies may take up to 7-10 business days.

Form 1095-C: Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage

Certain employers send this form to certain employees, with information about what coverage the employer offered. We do not offer health insurance to any employees, so you will not need this form before filing your taxes. We will mail each employee their 1095-C Form by the required March 4th, 2019 deadline.
