Dear Clients and PCAs,
We are announcing some changes for the pay period ending 12/22/2018. With our Monday 12/24 timesheet submission deadline falling on Christmas Eve, we will be closing early so our staff can celebrate with their families. We also will be closed on Christmas Day – Tuesday 12/25/2018.
We need all timesheets to be signed and submitted Mon. 12/24 by 9:00am.
If at all possible please send them Sunday so we can get a head start.
If a PCA’s timesheet is not submitted by then or there are errors, the payroll for that PCA will be delayed until the 1/5/2019 pay period (1/11/2019 deposit date).
Please be aware that due to heavy banking system loads on Christmas week, it cannot be guaranteed that funds will arrive in each PCA’s bank account by December 28th and may be delayed until December 31st. We have no control over this. We apologize in advance for this possible delay with direct deposits.
We will be closed on Mon. 12/31 & Tues. 1/1 for the New Year (this will have no effect on any deadlines).
